Direct Variable Cost (DVC) dan Non Direct Variable Cost (NDVC)
Di manufaktur biasa dikenal Direct Variable Cost (DVC) dan Non Direct Variable Cost (NDVC). DVC by definition adalah man hour yang dipakai untuk aktifitas berproduksi dan jumlahnya berbanding lurus dengan volume output produksi seperti operator produksi. NDVC adalah manhour untuk aktifitas pendukung atau support ke produksi dan jumlahnya tidak berbanding lurus dengan volume output produksi sperti feeder warehouse.
