Engineering store / warehouse
Tanggung jawab terkait dengan job yang harus dikerjakan meliputi :
1. Design layout (6T) dan material flow yang efektif dan efisien (berpikir Safety + QDC) termasuk equipment support
seperti Forklift (unloading) carrier (receiving & supply), Racking (storage system) dan sebagainya.
2. Membuat operasional standard berdasarkan design material flow (dari receiving sampai supplying)
3. Man power planning & control edukasi (skill map)
4. Menetapkan standard packing untuk masing-masing item / parts
5. Planning dan control budget (biaya operasional)
6. Menetapkan standard control terhadap stock inventory
7. Material Flow Maintenance system (periodical patrol 5S, Safety, etc.)
