Benchmarking Competency SCM

Sharing soal competency yang bisa diartikan sebagai set of skill atau knowledge yang harus dimiliki atau di develop oleh person yang memegang fungsi tertentu, seperti ; Planning, Procurement  etc.

Competency merupakan syarat secara berjenjang yang tergantung di posisi mana seseorang memegang posisinya karena di posisi junior akan sangat berbeda dengan posisi senior walaupun dalam satu fungsi Planning misalnya dan antara satu organisasi dan organisasi lainnya akan berbeda-beda.

Berikut dapat di jadikan benchmark untuk beberapa fungsi:
