KPI = Key Performance Indicator adalah suatu pengukuran kinerja digunakan untuk menentukan keberhasilan faktor dan mengukur kemajuan ke arah pencapaian tujuan bisnis.
Pada suatu perusahaan/institus i/bisnis pastilah di dalam setiap komponennya (bisa : DIVISI/DEPARTEMEN/ SEKSI/BAGIAN, dll) memiliki suatu pengukuran kinerja yang menujukkan keberhasilan dalam pencapaian tujuannya.
